摘 要

蔬菜是我省的重要经济作物,栽培历史悠久,品种资源丰富,有多种名产蔬菜闻名于世,与

美国的加里福尼亚州、原苏联的乌克兰并称为世界“三大菜园”,在我省种植业中占有重要

地位。改革开放以来,尤其是1992以来随着种植业结构调整、“菜篮子工程”和“两高一优

农业”战略的实施,蔬菜业在我省农业中异军突起,进入了大发展的历史阶段。发展蔬菜已成

为农民脱贫致富奔小康的重要途径,并为农民增收、为保持国民经济的持续健康快速发展做

出了重要贡献。然而面对目前全国经济结构战略性调整、各省蔬菜业竞相发展以及我国加

入WTO的新形势,我省蔬菜业的发展还存在不少问题,既有机遇,又同时面临着严峻挑战。认

真总结回顾我省蔬菜业发展的历史和现状,总结经验教训,分析蔬菜业面临的形势和未来发

展前景,探讨应对竞争和挑战的思路和对策,对巩固和发展我省蔬菜业的优势地位,不断扩大

市场份额,增加经济效益,促进农业及至整个国民经济的发展具有重要意义本文以波特的产

业国际竞争力理论、比较优势等为理论基础,以研究影响和决定蔬菜产业竞争力的因素为主

线,结合山东蔬菜业的发展现状与特点,采用比较分析、因素分析、实证分析、案例分析等方

法。以寿光为例,与发达国家的蔬菜产业进行因素比较,构建了蔬菜产业综合竞争力研究的宏

观和微观竞争力分析模型,从深层上剖析了各类因素对蔬菜产业竞争力的作用与影响。提出

山东省蔬菜产业综合竞争力提升的战略与对策建议。结论认为山东蔬菜产业的发展既有良

好的机遇,又面临严峻的的考验。因此山东蔬菜产业的发展必须根据现有的比较优势变为竞

争优势,有所为、有所不为,扬长避短,实现垂直分工和错位竞争,建设新的制高点,培育新的增

长点,提升产业档次,加强产业链接程度,提高山东省的蔬菜产业竞争力。

ABSTRACT

Vegetables are the important economic crops province with a long history,
